Court Hire

Only STARS Tennis coaches are permitted to conduct coaching sessions. If you intend to hire a tennis court to conduct a lesson, please contact management prior to booking the court.

Refunds will be issued for all washouts and for cancellations made more than 72 hours before your booking. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking or for no-shows. On days of rain or inclement weather, court playability is at the discretion of management and we recommend you regularly check this website for updates.

Patrons are to observe their arrival and departure times and are only allowed to extend their time on court if paid for in advance or if they have received approval from management.

An adult must be on court for the duration of the court hire.

Tennis Coaching

All regular tennis coaching follows the public school term; this is generally a 10 week term. This includes private, semi private and group lessons.

Make-up Lessons

In the event of rained out lessons, a makeup session is carried out at some stage during the term or upcoming school holidays. There are no makeup lessons, credits or refunds for no shows (i.e. not showing up for your designated lesson and not giving any prior notice). In the instance a student is not able to attend their lesson for any reason and they have provided reasonable notice- ONLY 1 makeup lesson per term will be granted. If you need to cancel more than once, you may consider offering your lesson to a friend or family member, as there will be no refund or credit issued.

Rain Cancellations/ Extreme Weather

In the event of rain or extreme weather, cancellations for court hire and lessons will be at the discretion of management.

Term Bookings Enrollments and Re-enrollments

Re-enrolment for all lessons are not automatically rolled over to the next term. Management will contact you towards the end of the term to confirm whether you would like to continue into the new term. Your spot will only be guaranteed upon receipt of full term payment.

Payments

Fees are to be paid no later than the end of the first week of the term. If fees are not paid by the due date, your lesson will not be guaranteed and the spot can be released.
